Orders within Continental United States are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Tracking number & details delivered via e-mail after order placement.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $100+ valid to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • $7 Standard Shipping on orders $0.01-$49.99 valid to the 48 contiguous United States
  • $10 Standard Shipping on orders $50.00-$99.99 valid to the 48 contiguous United States
    Standard           2-6 Business Days
  • All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt

Note: Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii may require additional time in transit depending on location.

APO/FPO - USPS

Redback Boots USA ships free to APO/FPOs using USPS. Express or Overnight shipping is not available.

 

RETURNS

Redback USA will gladly accept your return of new, unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund towards your original method of payment. Send product back to the address below along with proof of purchase (Green Picking Sheet or email confirmation page) and your credit will be processed within 7 business days.

If your return is due to our error, we will refund the shipping costs. We do not accept boots that are damaged, soiled or show wear. A restocking fee may be incurred.

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR WRONG SIZING. OUR BOOTS ARE TRUE TO SIZE. IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE, PLEASE SEND THE BOOTS BACK THROUGH UPS, FEDEX OR USPS.

We are not accepting exchanges at this time, rather refunding your order. Simply return your merchandise and we will credit your original method of payment. Then you can order any color, any size and style you want by starting a new order.
